I liked everything in the agency, the support was to the end, they even registered tickets. If there were any questions, I asked them. At the airport we were met by a guide, but there was no guide on the bus that took us to the hotel. The driver did not speak English, we were silently taken to the hotels and that's it. No one provided any information about the country, for example.
