Fortunately, everything was good in the agency, I was satisfied with the service. We really had a delay in departure from Kyiv, about 4 hours. But back, as usual, everything was on time. But everything was bad there. We hoped that we would be at our destination before lunch, but it turned out that we arrived at 10 pm. For this, we can say a huge thank you to the UIA airline, which was the owner of the charter.
