The situation is this - I booked a tour (1.5 months before the new year), immediately made a 100% payment, as a result, I waited more than a week for confirmation (and this is on the eve of the New Year, when every minute counts)! I did not receive any response, although I called and reminded myself, but in response I received only one answer: "Wait, nothing is known," As a result, more than a week after the payment, unable to stand it, I spoke rather rudely with the manager so that they would give some kind of answer, and not pull rubber, after which I almost immediately received an answer: "This tour is not available, we can offer an alternative.
