Terrible service
The careless attitude of the guide of the host country in Greece, Fr. Crete (Balakovskaya Maria) is the worst guide I have ever met and I have seen a lot. I have a lot of travel experience. The guide ignored the basic questions at the time of the transfer - where to buy internet, and on the excursions that interest us. I had to buy the Internet on my own, then I receive a notification from her on Viber that due to problems with other tourists, she cannot get to our meeting on time.
