Disregard for customers
There are many good hotels on the RBT website, discounts are promised (- 60%, etc.), etc. In fact, it is worth calling, as a stream of excuses begins: "We don't work with this hotel, there is no connection with this one ..." and etc. The question is, why then post prices and photos on your site? Further more. As soon as the conversation turns to ordering a specific hotel at a specific time, the manager asks to leave a request through the form on the site.
