In general, I got a good impression. The territory of the villa is very, very compact (parking, restaurant, swimming pool literally right next to it). a bridge for a short way to the sea was made, mosquito nets were installed.

We rested at this villa at the end of August 2012. The apartments are spacious, but as stated in the travel agency "Fly away" (Kyiv) "with a view of the sea", the view really was, but also looking at the sea we saw garbage cans (though a little fenced ).
