Unprofessional + rude
Bought a ticket for the May holidays 2015 in the Crimea. At the office, we were told that the director of this agency, Lyudmila, was also going on tour, which meant no problems. In fact, the organization was disgusting - we were not told the time of collection for the excursion, on the very first day, after visiting the first attraction, the director (a young lady who does not understand at all what tourism and tour organization is) and her gang threw everyone and left by taxi.
