May holidays in Kamyanets-Podilskyi - NIGHTMARE. For such money for 3 days in Ukraine they thought - you can relax. We expected to receive a level of service above average, as a result - economy class. They decided to make good money on tourists. The first and most important thing is, of course, the bus. It's just fear and horror. A city minibus was passing nearby, I looked - there is even more space there.

I strongly recommend against dealing with this agency. My situation: emphasizing how important it is for me to get a multiple-entry visa to the Czech Republic (with my visa history there were great chances for this), I bought the tour. At the same time, the agency manager assured that a personal interview is not required for the cartoon. The next day, after paying for the tour, I called the Czech consulate to find out the conditions for obtaining such a visa - I was told that a personal interview was required for this.

Incompetent service
We were EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED with the service. For two reasons: 1. Already after we made an advance payment, we were counted the ENTIRE tour. 2. In connection with the allegedly late departure, we were recommended to pay extra for late check-out - as a result, "late check-out" occurred at 4 pm. At the reception, everyone wondered for a long time why we were leaving a day earlier.
