I applied to the office on 09/12/2011 at Herzen 13, I needed to apply for a visa to China and pick up air tickets. Submitted all paperwork and paid for everything. The term for issuing a visa is 7 working days. days. As a result, today, 09/29/2011, my visa is still missing. On my constant calls, the terms for obtaining my visa are constantly shifting.
