The room is dead, the owner is boorish, they don't clean it
"Suite" rooms with broken toilet bowls, a terrible sewer smell from the sink. The cleaners don't change towels or sheets. The owner is a rare boor - according to the voucher, they should leave at 12, but he sent a cleaning lady who let us talk to the owner on the phone.
