Disgusting hotel with terrible food and disgusting restaurant
We stayed at the hotel from 9 to 20 September 2019. Tour operator Tez Tour, S7 airline. We arrived at the hotel at about 18:00, the room was provided immediately (326), the registration went quickly.

The hotel is extremely unfortunate, rather a triple than 5 stars
Due to a flight delay, we arrived around 21:00. According to the young man at the reception, there were no rooms available. In order to extract money, an allegedly deluxe room was offered for the night, and then we'll see.
