Normal hotel. There are cons, not critical
Excellent hotel. Was less than half full. The rooms are tired, but not critical. Everything worked. Mosquitoes bite at night. The staff is polite. They don't beg. Cleaning every day with surprises.

Everything is fine!!!!
Meeting, accommodation, food (especially) excellent. The staff is friendly (probably so everywhere in western Ukraine). The rooms are warm, even hot. I had to screw the radiators.
