The travel agency fulfilled all agreements!
Having purchased the tour, I did not pay attention to the name of the travel agency. And only having received the documents by e-mail, I got worried, I had not heard anything about this travel agency! Searching the Internet for ratings of travel agencies - I was shocked - the reviews are mostly negative. But the travel agency reassured me - they say, our people went with them and everything went well! Indeed, everything went well.

Good hotel, convenient infrastructure, most of the staff - HAM!!!!
Rested with my husband from 11 to 18 June 2015. We arrived at the hotel around 9.00. Check-in at 14.00 - paid 20 bucks - settled immediately. Specify immediately in which building you are settled, because there are really remote corners where there is no animation, no bars, only residential building...
