1. Why did you choose this hotel and how did the check-in go? Chosen on the recommendation of friends. Children are taken by transfer from Zaporozhye, accompanied by police and ambulance.

Excellent hotel
I liked everything, we flew from the annex tour. The food is excellent, varied and delicious. Alcohol is good, you could not take your own. The staff is trying. We had no language problems, although the knowledge of English is minimal.
