There are no worse leaders of the group
We used the services of this travel agency - a two-day tour to Budapest for the New Year. The impression was not bad, in general, adequate value for money, and everything was fine until the head of the group Irina Serbenyuk forgot to pick us up from the place she indicated. We arrived in advance, she changed the meeting place at the last minute. On their own in a foreign city they reached a changed point, waited 2 hours.
