Went with a company in November 2016. We were worried that the hotel would be a complete dump. It was cheaper than many three-ruble bills. Upon check-in, they gave us some cosmetics and after 30 minutes we were given the keys to decent rooms (next to friends) overlooking the canal.

All the truth
Rested for the first time in Turkey. I liked the country, the Turks themselves are very courteous. The hotel, in principle, is not bad, but I expected better. First, we were settled on the ground floor overlooking some kind of chicken coop.
