Excellent travel agency
I don’t remember why they chose this particular travel agency, most likely they were not mistaken on someone’s recommendation! We have been traveling with "Sacvoyage" for more than 10 years and have never had any desire or reason to change the company. We travel often and always to a new place. All issues are resolved professionally, in a timely manner, in full and very friendly and kind! We ordered various tours to various countries, with and without visas, always with a hotel, always with a flight.

New Year's Eve ruined!
We bought a tour from this company because it was recommended as the best in the Czech Republic. Met, sent, met again, now in Prague and settled without comment. Excellent tour guides! It so happened that on 4 excursions we got to two guides (coincidence: two excursions each). Unfortunately, we did not recognize the names, but if it is interesting for the management of the company, then this is Natalia, with a beautiful engraving "P" and Vladimir, with a gray beard.

very bad!!!
I am a traveler with experience and not very demanding, I thought it was impossible to surprise me, but the travel agency "Labyrinth" not only surprised me, but almost shocked me with its neglect of customers. I don’t know how it is in other countries, but in Egypt they have absolutely no connection with the host country. But first things first. Met at the airport and taken to the ferry normally.
