We are in a terrible state of attitude to our customers!
I ordered a tour from Accord in advance (through the Otdykh company 100%) on February 27 !!! The date has been chosen April 15th! I wanted to take my mother and girlfriend abroad for the first time! We immediately bought round-trip train tickets, pillows under the neck for the journey, things, food ... Mom and her friend took 5 days at their own expense .

The request to book us the two lower places in the reserved seat was not heard
We bought a tour to Krivoy Rog in advance on 05/08/2018 - they asked for 2 lower places in the reserved seat, they wanted to pick up tickets at the office, because Wi-Fi did not work in our apartment building due to the repair of the Internet. They called back to the travel agency, reminded me about tickets. As a result, an employee of the travel agency Aksiniya brought the tickets in an envelope to the first platform before the train left.
