Swindlers, ruined vacation
We booked a tour to Mallorca in a 5 star hotel, deluxe room. We arrived at the hotel and our room was not available. The hotel said that the booking was never confirmed. I had to live in some kind of bedbug, where everything was broken, the room was so small that they stepped over suitcases, and a cot was put for the child. And this is instead of LUX!!! We didn't get any money back.

Spoiled holiday and definitely not 5 stars
We ordered a suite in this hotel, as we planned a vacation with a child, and the standards are very small, only 22 sq. m. We arrived and our number was not there. There is confirmation of the reservation, but in response to some excuses.

Terrible hotel
An objective review of the hotel. Of the pluses, normal rooms, and well-groomed territory. This is where the pluses end. There is simply nothing to eat in this hotel, half of the food is spoiled, the other half is inedible.
