They settled us instead of a suite in a standard, and there:
1. The entrance door is skewed, neither open nor close normally.
2. In the shower, water does not drain while washing, a full room of water.
3. The faucet in the shower is broken, it flows from all the cracks.
4. The child was given a cot, and this is instead of a normal bed.
5. The room does not have a double bed, but two single beds pushed together.
6. There is no closet, no place for suitcases, just walking and tripping over things.
And this is a 5 star hotel. It is not clear who assigned these stars to them.

The hotel is good, after reconstruction, everything is fine. The location is very convenient, the service is good. The food is excellent, constantly cheeses, jamon, champagne for breakfast. A lot of fruits, not so many vegetables, a lot of meat and fish, seafood, in general, excellent. The hotel does not have its own beach, but there is a beach opposite, across the road.
