Arriving at the hotel, I was immediately upset by its appearance. Reception is the hallmark of any hotel. Old furniture, very old, with dirty, lazy upholstery, dirty, slapped tables - this is at 8 in the morning, when there were not a lot of people there yet, rude staff.
