The travel agency must organize vacations for tourists according to their requests. Offering terrible quality hotels just to sell a tour is not right. People have been waiting for a vacation for months to spend time with their families and children, getting into terrible hotels, they don’t rest, but direct all their efforts to solving issues of their relaxation and comfort.

Terrible hotel! Vacation ruined!
1. We arrived at the hotel at 14.00. Until 17.00 they categorically did not want to settle under the pretext of cleaning the room. After the requirements at the reception, they nevertheless offered to go to the room, but as it turned out, even at 17.
