I call this hotel "intelligent"
I have stayed at the Rio Hotel several times. Everything suits: the rooms are neat, the breakfasts are buffet, everything is fresh, an elevator was made in 2013, the rooms are cleaned constantly, the staff is polite, but they don’t know Russian, mostly English.
