I bought the tour on January 13 for May 31 from Novosibirsk - Fethiye, paid 100%. It was suggested to choose another direction and another hotel at the price of JANUARY! For the same money today it is IMPOSSIBLE to buy an acceptable hotel for me! To all questions about compensation for damages, the office workers in Novosibirsk had one stupid, on-duty answer - "contact the travel agency for all questions.

very good hotel, but there is practically no territory.
I rested in RUBI twice, I wanted to go to the third one - Annex overbooked, unfortunately. But back to the hotel - the staff is polite, helpful. If something broke in the room (door lock, TV, lamp fixture in the bathroom - the number of rooms is old) - everything was repaired with lightning speed.

On my 10th trip to Turkey, I bought an excursion to Cappadocia with a friend. We went from Colar, a hotel in Avsallar RUBI 5 *, the hotel is super - and the location, and the beach, and food, and entertainment.
