Great speed
We booked the tour seven hours before departure, but the manager without much haste managed to tell in detail all the details of the trip, help choose the best hotel, prepare a contract and in an hour we received all the documents by e-mail. And although the tour operator settled us in another hotel for half the time, we were satisfied because the alternative was no worse than our booked Long Beach.
