The usual Soviet hotel, the most important thing is that there is hot water, and the bed is clean. Shower with a hole in the floor, so be sure to take rubber slippers. The good thing is that the beach is not far away (although not 5 minutes, but somewhere around 10-15), + good transport interchange.
