Guides abandoned tourists and refused to help
In connection with the massive thefts at the Bodrum Bay Resort, of which we were also victims, Anex tour guides (in Bodrum) ignored the request for help. They did not help to call the police, they did not help in communicating with the staff, since they did not know either English or Turkish. They brought us to the police station and happily left us with the words “wait for an interpreter” without knowing the Turkish language (the police did not speak English) we had difficulties, since no one was going to look for an interpreter, the police refused to accept the application, pretended not to understand what we say via email.

Massive theft at Bodrum Bay Resort as Anex Tour abandoned its tourists
My husband and I rested at the Bodrum Bay Hotel 5 * so many impressions that it is simply unrealistic to describe everything and convey these emotions. Unfortunately, all these emotions turned out to be negative.
