DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
I leave a review about the tour operator Coral Travel and the air carrier UIA. Since 2017, they have exclusively used the services of Coral Travel in package tours, considered the most stable company in the Ukrainian market, leaving only laudatory reviews. This year, one disappointment. We bought a tour three days before departure, for good flights we overpaid 1200 UAH.

The level of service is top notch as always.
We have been using the services of a travel agency for several years, this time everything is fine from buying a tour to returning home. Departures are on time, the transfer is comfortable, the package of documents is complete (migration cards and declarations were filled out at home), boarding passes were sent to viber on time. Maria and Alina, thank you for accompanying the tour! Stay always at a high level!.

The travel agency exceeded all expectations in terms of package services from the moment of buying a tour to returning to the country. Very friendly managers Maria and Daria booked a tour for a day without payment, after payment 5 days before departure, a message was received on Viber about the readiness of documents with the question, where would it be convenient for us to pick up or send documents in electronic form? I took the documents at the office on Mayakovsky, 44-A, the standard package of documents included memos for the trip and all contact numbers in case of problems, as well as migration cards to Egypt and back, which I filled out at home and did not stand in line for receiving cards in Egypt .

Just cheaters...
We bought a tour for November for early booking in Sharm el-Sheikh, we chose good flights, there at 3 o'clock, back at 23.35 o'clock. , for 9 nights and 10 days (turned out to be a TPG tour operator, TravelPro voucher No. EG11118045). When the documents arrived 4 days before departure, they simply gasped! Departure there at 3.55 o'clock. , back at 7.

Thanks for the well organized holiday.
After reading bad reviews about Anex Tour, they bought the tour with caution. But at that time, Anex Tour had the lowest price for the hotel we chose. At the time of receipt of the documents, the flights, of course, were postponed ... from 8 am to 5 am, the flight to Egypt, back from 1 pm to 8.45 am (the tour operator always sins with this). It could have been worse.
