Good tour company, but the guide at the hotel ruined the mood for the day
We chose TUI because we were flying with friends who had a deposit there from an unfulfilled trip. I really liked that we flew on a UIA plane (I like their planes more than Azur). In general, there were several nuances regarding the departure, the tour operator could not advise on how best to proceed (it followed immediately that you had an insured event, contact them directly (on Friday late in the evening we have unforeseen circumstances, and on Sunday early in the morning we fly out).

Good, subject to the purchase of a tour at a promotional price
The hotel was advised by the tour operator, when booking the tour, the price for this hotel was promotional. We read the reviews, there were many good and bad ones. We decided to go anyway.

The hotel is very good. Recommended!
We chose the hotel based on the reviews of vacationers and were not mistaken. Let me start from the very beginning. We arrived at the hotel at about 10 am, they took our passports for registration and invited us to go and have breakfast.
