Terrible, would not recommend to anyone
We bought a tour in advance (2.5 months) in order to fly out and fly in at a convenient time for us. to / from Kyiv you still need to get by train or bus. We bought train tickets, a week before departure I was told that the departure had changed to 12 !!! HOURS (changed tickets - lost 300 UAH) When I went to pick up the documents, it turned out that the return time and the AIRPORT of arrival also changed (changed tickets - lost 300 UAH) Already in Egypt on Saturday at 19:30, I found out that the departure was again changed to 10!!! HOURS (they were supposed to fly at 18:00, and we leave at 08:00, check-out from the hotel at 04:30!!!).

No food on the plane
I really didn’t like that they didn’t feed on the plane, check-in 2 hours before departure, almost 4 on the plane, and about an hour after arrival - a total of at least 7 hours without food, those who travel with children need to think about it.

The hotel is not 5*
The hotel is definitely not 5 * - the food is 3 *, the staff too. First of all, they serve foreigners, despite the queue and that everyone has ALL : (((. Just a few normal waiters and bartenders, to whom many thanks.
