We demanded documents that confirm 4 stars, they didn’t give us anything, although they promised 7 whole days until we left. We demanded to settle us in a hotel, in accordance with the contract, in 4 stars.

It doesn't get worse
I have never seen such horror. I have been to Turkey many times. I have been to 3.4 and 5 star hotels. This hotel just pissed me off. We were driving on the roulette wheel.
