we rested on the island for the first time, we were satisfied with the rest, but the hotelem Sol Tenerife was not very, the room was small, the beds were folding beds, it was not comfortable to sleep, plus the music until 3 at night, two elevators on 11 floors, we got stuck in one of them and no one was in a particular hurry to us help, then they hung up a piece of paper, it doesn’t work, and there are a lot of little things (inconveniences)
