My family and I have NEVER experienced SUCH ignorance and UNPROFESSIONALISM
We went on 12/28/17 The next day we met with the representative of "Pegasus" Jeanne. She rattled the learned material about the excursions, gave the WhatsApp number and that's it. More we and other tourists from Russia did not see her. Only heard if you could call. Always busy, always second line. If it weren’t for our countrymen, then we might not have got to the New Year’s holiday, because we didn’t know that we had to go and sign up in advance, again thanks to Mohammad, he decided everything and sorted it out in 5 minutes.

Very good hotel
We visited this hotel with my family (me, wife and two children aged 2 and 12) from 12/28/17 to 01/04/18. We got from the snowless Moscow winter to the blooming spring. We had a very memorable and wonderful holiday.
