My alleged tour
The holiday package was positioned as a tour: a holiday in Calella and then 4 days in Barcelona. In fact, not a single word of the operator Yulia Prannik turned out to be true! The documents for the tour did not even indicate the addresses of the hotels !!! And I had to get from Calella to Barcelona on my own, and without having the address of the hotel in Barcelona.
