The quality of service tends to 0
I have been resting at the hotel for the third year and, probably, thanks to the previous administrators, I managed not to notice the level of cleanliness and comfort in the rooms.

Tour canceled a week before departure!
A bus tour was chosen with a visit to interesting and important cities for us (Paris and Munich). A week before departure, the tour that we picked up and paid for was canceled. We were offered another one, but without visiting Munich, although Paris was preserved! We have already bought tickets for buses and railways, a vacation has been issued, i.e.
