The travel agency staff said that registration starts 24 hours in advance, although I asked 2 times.

Hotel not worth the money
We arrived early in the morning, so at the reception they gave 20 c. u. and immediately settled in, bracelets were put on around 10.00. First impressions are positive - a large clean area, a lot of palm trees and greenery.
