The hotel is really cool, modern buildings and a beautiful green area, but photos will tell about this better, The hotel staff is on top, but this only applies to Thai staff, there are no Russian-speaking staff in the hotel, or rather, it seems to be, but it’s great to find and chat problem, there is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, Marina, but it’s not always possible to find her on the spot, and if you find her, then don’t count on positive communication, she is always busy and I personally have the opinion that the Russians seem to annoy her a little, and not only me, this is the opinion of many vacationers who had to communicate with her, and although this is the only negative, we most likely will not return to this hotel, I think that if a hotel accepts Russian tourists, it should provide Russian speaking staff
