Unscrupulous company that deceives its customers
I decided to use the services of TurSoyuz LLC on September 21, 2015 and concluded an agreement No. 20-4291, having bought a Moscow-Zanzibar tour package; Zanzibar - Moscow, total cost 94592 (ninety-four thousand five hundred ninety-two rubles). the flight from Moscow was supposed to take place on 01/08/2016. BUT 2 days before departure, the company manager called me, saying that the direct flight Moscow-Zanzibar was canceled and offered me an alternative flight on 01/11/2016.
