There are some shortcomings that spoil the overall impression of the rest.
- Planes are not comfortable. You feel like a herring in a jar. The crew is friendly. On the way back, from Turkey to Ukraine, the flight was delayed for an HOUR!!! No one announced this delay, and the departure time was not changed on the scoreboard either. It was very unpleasant to sit and wait "by the sea for the weather." It would not be so insulting if the delay was announced.
