Terrible settlement!
Good afternoon! I want to complain about the Lukyanovsky hotel and warn all guests of Kyiv. I booked 2 rooms from November 4 to 5.2012. On the eve of arrival, the manager from this hotel called me to confirm the reservation, and at the same time I clarified to her that the check-in would be late!
