The establishment was chosen because of its proximity to the metro. You can't call it a hotel. For three days not a single elevator worked, the lock on the door to the entrance periodically did not open, we had to wait until one of the residents came in. The hotel is super. The room has a kitchenette, we asked for a pot and pan at the reception - they gave us brand new ones. The room was clean and spacious. Affordable price. Friendly staff. We will definitely return next time. … More ▾ The hotel is super. The room has a kitchenette, we asked for a pot and pan at the reception - they gave us brand new ones. I stayed at this hotel 4 years ago. It was comfortable. Booked a room the day before arrival. I discussed with the administrator on the phone my wishes for a one-piece bed, a quiet room and cost. They voiced 1000 UAH per day. OK. I was very surprised by the work of the staff. Rudeness and indifference to the client. … More ▾ I stayed at this hotel 4 years ago. It was comfortable. I was very surprised by the work of the staff. Rudeness and indifference to the client. We went up to the room. The beds turned out to be separate, full of Soviet deputies, not a single outlet worked. Asked to change the number. All rooms, like, are occupied even with a surcharge. Decided to move out. They refused to return the money. I won't give up everything. The book of complaints was hidden. I asked for the director's number to resolve the issue, they refused to give it. I called the police to come and sort it out and help return the money. While the police were driving, they gave the money back. Very disappointed with the level and attitude.

We settled without a reservation, we just ended up in Kyiv at night and needed to spend the night somewhere. We were offered a room right away, pretty good, everything we needed was available. Warmly, there is hot water, spare blankets. Lots of closets. We were offered a room right away, pretty good, everything we needed was available. Warmly, there is hot water, spare blankets. Lots of closets. The wind was buzzing in the kitchen all night, because there was a storm warning that day, and the balcony door in the kitchen did not close tightly. Everything would be fine, but... In the morning we left and our 10-year-old son, as it turned out later, forgot his gold chain somewhere on the coffee table or, possibly, on the bed. An hour after check-out, we called the reception desk and warned about the loss. We were told that they would look, but no one called back. A few hours later we arrived at the hotel, we were given the opportunity to look for a chain (in the already cleaned) room. Naturally, we didn't find anything and, as we were told, the maid didn't find anything either. But we are absolutely sure that the chain remained in the room, because the child took it off before going to bed.
Now decide for yourself.
And we're left with a bad taste....

The manager or administrator, after clarifying the details, announced: the Standard room will cost 700 UAH. After when I asked if I should book through booking at a price of 600 UAH? Answer: we will make 600 UAH for you, but it will be smaller.
Most likely the hotel is focused on the European market. But not in terms of the level of service and the quality of the rooms, but because it is easier to breed a foreign tourist.

I support negative reviews. I share my experience: we booked a room FOR TWO WEEKS for a distinguished guest from another country, the day before arrival we specially called up to clarify whether everything was in order - no nails. And now, an hour before arrival, they call me by the contact phone and tell me "with great regret" that our reservation was canceled because the prepayment was not made. … More ▾ I support negative reviews. And now, an hour before arrival, they call me by the contact phone and tell me "with great regret" that our reservation was canceled because the prepayment was not made. WHY IS THIS NOT REPORTED EARLIER?!?? ! I specifically asked if there are any additional steps that are required of us to ensure that the visit goes smoothly. The answer is NO. As a result, we have colossal hemorrhoids and the upcoming "distribution of elephants" from the authorities. I advise all potential visitors not to get involved in order to avoid such incidents.

Very negative experience! We booked a room a week in advance, warned that we were coming from another country. The administrator girl tried to prove that she called us, which is certainly not true (the phone was on all the way and there were no calls... ). I had to urgently look for another hotel. Terribly unpleasant experience about the hotel! Very unprofessional attitude towards customers.

But when my guests arrived....not only did we get to the hotel only the third time. the young lady was sleeping on the couch, and our numbers were no longer there, we were also rude, and as it turned out that we had to leave some kind of deposit so that our numbers would not be handed over to anyone !! ! So, dear guests of the capital and its residents, in no case do not stay at this hotel, not only will they leave you without a roof over your head, they will also get rude to you and make you guilty !!! !

Nothing positive to say about the hotel. 1. The area is not very convenient, there is nowhere to eat near the hotel 2. 2. The hotel is a high-rise building, and the rooms are apartments divided into apartments
3. We booked a studio for 4 people, we were given a room with a bedroom and a sofa in the kitchen, after listening to our indignation, we were asked to wait for our room
4. At 4 o'clock (2 hours after the official check-in) we were told that we still had to wait, tk. number has not been removed.
5. They tried to turn off the air conditioner, but neither with the help of the remote control nor by pressing the buttons on the air conditioner, they could not do this.
Conclusion: poor service, an empty semi-residential building, apartments are scattered from 3rd to 18th floors, the rooms themselves are poorly cleaned, the shower box is very cramped, the hair dryer works every other time, and there is no iron at all.
