If you position yourself as a park hotel with a restaurant (and breakfast is included in the price) - keep your brand, recruit normal qualified waiters (and not schoolchildren with a complete lack of any intelligence on their faces), teach them to provide at least elementary service and explain in what area they work. And if your restaurant is an eatery, where the attendants are random people, then explain to hotel guests that it is better for them to order breakfast and all other meals outside your hotel. This is not a European service - this is total chaos.

The hotel itself has a conference room for special occasions, as anything can happen and different people settle. I'm staying here not for the first time and as always everything suits me.

On the second day, the used disposable microtube of toothpaste was not replaced with a new one, consumable small things (disposable "bubbles" of shampoos, etc. ) were also not replaced. A disposable sponge for dusting shoes was "repurposed" into a reusable one - dirty and nasty after previous uses. The towel was not changed. And so on, so on, so on. . .

The driver took me to the center of Kyiv on business, agreed to wait without any problems (it took about an hour, by the way), and then took me back to the hotel. At 10 am I was already on the way to the station in the same car. And you know what - it's absolutely free! To be honest, initially I was sure that the free taxi idea was some kind of lure. It turned out that a taxi for guests within Kyiv is really free. In general, I am still in shock, I tell everyone I know, and no one believes me, like this.

My wife and I decided to fly to Europe, our friends told us about the Kyiv 365 hotel. Indeed, there are a lot of advantages. We arrived by car, left it in the parking lot, managed to have dinner and spend 1 night, the flight was early in the morning and we were taken to the airport for free, even at 5 in the morning! Ride just nothing!
