УЖОС!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!

Settled on December 21.2017 in Kyiv "Kiev365" for two days with the prospect of prolongation for another couple of days. The entire box where the room is located is littered with broken furniture, vacuum cleaners and other rubbish. It looked like a barn or a dump. There was NO hot water at all! Taking a shower or even a shave is simply not possible. On the second day, the used disposable microtube of toothpaste was not replaced with a new one, consumable small things (disposable "bubbles" of shampoos, etc. ) were also not replaced. A disposable sponge for dusting shoes was "repurposed" into a reusable one - dirty and nasty after previous uses. The towel was not changed. And so on, so on, so on. . .
The fact that there is free Wi-Fi, the staff was silent, like partisans under interrogation. I learned about its presence on my own "experimental" way. TV out of just 20 incomprehensible channels clearly (without "snowball" and interference) shows only 3-4. In a word, sucks, not a hotel. There was no longer any desire to stay in this "hotel" for another two days. Business partners (host) apologized and put me in another hotel. When renting a room at the reception, I was asked several times the question: "Am I sure I didn't use the mini-bar"? Until I could not stand it and said not to ask questions that humiliate the client, but just go and see for yourself. In short, Kyiv 365, shame on you!
But a year ago, things were different. There is degradation.
