In November, an excursion tour was purchased, the tour was paid for the full cost within 2 days, train tickets to Odessa were purchased on the specified date. 10 days before, a message arrives that the tour will not take place, and offers to replace tours with an additional charge or tours 3-4 days less than the paid tour. They chose a replacement well, returned the train tickets, bought new tickets to Lviv.
