I bought a tour to Bulgaria from this operator through the Level.travel website (Level Travel). Level Travel itself also raises questions, they have existed for 5 years, and the legal entity was registered only in 2017. As a result, they took the money, and then they began to require a visa to issue documents. To a reasonable question, who authorized them to check visas and why they are needed to book a hotel and tickets, they said that the tickets and the hotel were already booked and you can go at your own peril and risk, but they will not issue documents for the tour without a visa.
