Fire office in Hurghada
Was from 02/05/2012 in Marsa Alam. Depressed by the work of the office in Hurghada and their attitude towards tourists. It started with the fact that the representative of Anex-Tour would inform them that 3 days before departure we should notify him by phone so that he would not forget about us (?! this is such a service; what if the tourists do not have phones or something else?).
