I do not recommend to anyone!
After returning to Ukraine, I read reviews about this tour operator. I confirm everything that is written about them on the Internet: irresponsible, they sold the hotel, which cannot be sold this season due to the weather. Cold wind from all sides, the sea is only from the pontoon, the rest is shallow water and swamp after low tides. The host party is rude, boorish and deceitful.

Normal hotel. Not for those who ride for the sea
I am writing a review for those who will go to this hotel during the period of late February - early March with the goal of just swimming in the sea, looking at the fish, eating, sunbathing and not leaving the hotel.
