totally incompetent
The girl who led our tour a week before our flight went on vacation, after which we were left alone. the flight was brought to us at the airport in 20 minutes and the check-in took place, and how many nerves it cost, tourists with suitcases went to check in, and we are sitting without documents and do not know whether they will be brought to us. after 20 minutes (it lasted for a day and a half) some long it was 20 minutes.

Dirty, frosty hotel
Dear, I do not know who wrote these reviews, but it's total nonsense, the hotel is old and very dirty, in the dining room (restaurant can not be called it), it probably never washed, I will not troll this hotel, cheap fish-bad soup, but it is not worth even half of that money.
