No staff((((It's a shame for a 4 star hotel
The owners have invested their souls and money in the hotel, a pleasant environment, a good spa area: swimming pool, Roman term, sauna. BUT-staff ((((Reception in decent hotels, it is customary to at least get up when hotel customers are talking to you.

Good 3 stars with great staff
Why not 4? It was built several years ago and, of course, the more modern ones are already "on horseback": in the junior suite, the bathroom does not pull well for 4 stars - a tiny sink.
