TUI scams customers, don't buy their tours
Back in April, I planned a vacation at the end of June in Italy in Lido di Jesolo. And I managed to buy the TUI tour. Upon receipt of the documents, it turned out that the flight was carried out by the Bashkortostan airline. The flight was delayed for 16 (!!!) hours without explanation. At the same time, it was postponed several times during the day, so I had to monitor the scoreboard of Domodedovo Airport all day and spend a sleepless night (the departure instead of 2 pm on Saturday took place at 6 am on Sunday).
